Dynamic Aerospace Unlimited (DAU) Blanket Purchase Agreement

This Blanket Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Dynamic Aerospace Unlimited, hereinafter referred to as “DAU”, and the purchasing entity, hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”.

“Goods” means the products and/or services specified in the Purchase Order issued by Buyer and accepted by DAU.
